About Our Local Office

The Fox Valley Office of Right at Home is a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home Inc., a senior home care and staffing company providing care since 1995. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you.

Caregivers focus on helping individuals maintain their independence and dignity while assisting with a variety of everyday tasks including:

• Light Housekeeping
• Medication Reminders
• Meal Preparation
• Errands and Transportation
• Assistance with Dressing/Undressing
• Standby Assistance with Bathing/Showering/Walking

Caregivers are bonded and insured. Our orientation process insures they clearly understand how to meet clients' needs in a respectful and compassionate manner.

In addition, we develop an individual care plan which is monitored through frequent home visits to insure services provided by the caregivers continue to match our client's changing needs.

Clients and their families have used our services for many reasons:

• Assistance for a loved one who can no longer stay alone
• Short-term support at home after a hospital stay
• Respite care to relieve family caregivers
• Alzheimer's care
• Extra care in an assisted living facility, nursing home, hospital

The Fox Valley office is owned by Brian and Kathy Wetters. Kathy manages the daily operations. She has worked for over 20 years as a manager and industrial engineer. Kathy has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering as well as a Masters in Technology Management.

Our most valuable care-giving experience has been gained through relationships with family and friends. We know firsthand how difficult it is to coordinate care for an aging parent living alone in another state or how important it is to honor the final request of a loved one to die with dignity at home. We've witnessed the emotional and physical toll on relatives and friends after years of caring for loved ones with Alzheimer's disease, cancer or permanent disabilities.
